A Paramount+ series, "Happy Face," premiering March 20th, will depict Melissa Moore's experience as the daughter of serial killer Keith Jesperson, known as the "Happy Face" killer, who murdered eight women. The series stars Annaleigh Ashford and Dennis Quaid and focuses on Melissa's reckoning with her father's crimes and their impact.
